2) Assembly of all front end components.

7) Clean & lubricate all parts.
8) Inspect & align gas system for optimum cycling.
9) Inspect & adjust extractor.
10) Check barrel for alignment. |

18) Clean & inspect trigger and hammer assembly.
19) Clean & inspect bolt assembly.
20) Accurize bolt for full lock up.
21) Install new US made metric/inch springs |

Tune Up Package
|
1) Throat Erosion - inspect barrel erosion.
2) Clean & lubricate all parts.
3) Headspacing - correct to military specifications.
4) Check barrel for alignment & proper torque.
5) Gas Piston - inspect for abnormal wear.
6) Bolt Assembly - clean & inspect extractor.
7) Inspect & clean firing pin and spring.
8) Gas System - inspect for leakage & clean gas block.
9) Clean recoil spring (lower receiver must be sporter).
10) Lap bolt carrier to receiver. |
